Every way in to The Halifax Golf Club
Whether you have come to play, to join, or to mark an occasion, the next step is here.
The Halifax Golf Club has played at Ogden since 1901, its moorland course nestled beneath the dramatic Pennine hills.
Founded in 1895, the club's course was shaped by two of golf's greatest architects — James Braid and Dr Alister MacKenzie, who designed the celebrated par-3 2nd. The dramatic downhill 17th drops sixty feet from tee to green.
A genuinely welcoming, inclusive club: free under-16 membership, a women's introductory offer, Women in Golf Charter signatory, plus 120+ competitions a year and free reciprocal play at other clubs founded in 1895.
